Since the amount of work on the website is increasingly becoming an issue for me, please consider the following pointers, when sending an email and/or photos:
  • ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS... INCLUDE THE URL (LINK) TO THE WEBPAGE WHEN REFERRING TO SOMETHING ON MY WEBSITE !
  • State the subject of yr email, why is it of interest
  • Where and when was the image taken; make it clear when you do not want to see it used on my website
  • Who is the copyrightholder of the image; did you take the photo?
  • Do not send more than four photos (the size is of no concern)
  • Always sign with your name, I do not reply to emails otherwise
